Challenge
Nike previously conducted back-to-school activations, enabling kids to apply stickers to a paper representing a T-shirt's design. This layout was handed over to the staff, who would imprint the desired design on the child's T-shirt. Given the high volume of visitors, Nike encountered challenges in producing and delivering customized products on schedule.

solution
We created an exceptional online bsolution for Nike, where kids can scan a QR code, select their item, digitally customize it, and provide their details to stay informed about its readiness. Once the customization is complete, the data is relayed to the staff for T-shirt design preparation, and the finished product is securely placed inside a designated locker. Users receive a notification email containing a QR code, which they can use to access the locker and retrieve their customized items.
