Challenge

Activating large-scale fan experiences across 7 stadiums for the AFC was a logistical challenge. With thousands of attendees, we needed to manage crowd flow, ensure seamless operation of multiple activations, and capture valuable data in real-time, all while adapting to different stadium layouts and tight schedules.

Solution

Leveraging Iboothme's expertise in delivering innovative and scalable brand activations, we deployed 12 unique experiences, including 360 Video Booth, Iboothme 180 Photo Booth, and Goboothme Roaming Photo Booth across all stadiums. Our highly adaptable solutions catered to the diverse layouts and large crowds, providing immersive photo and video experiences that engaged up to 10,000 participants. Each activation was equipped with data capture capabilities, allowing us to gather valuable insights on fan engagement in real-time.
